If you have an exterior that is coated with Sikkens then it will require a coating of Cetol 23 plus every 3-4 years. If you have an exterior that is coated with coatings such as Capture and Cascade will require a refresh clear coating every 3-4 years. Each must be washed annualy as well as coated every 3-4 years.
We found that the homes that usually require this type of maintenance are log homes and half log sided homes. Occasionally we find a cedar sided home coated with Sikkens.
