Our new service.
Our services now include exterior coatings maintenance on an annual or bi-annual basis. We started this service to provide our customers with an easy solution to the protection and maintenance of their exteriors. After all, it is one of your most valued investments, so why not guarantee it's long life and hire professionals to take care of it. We feel this is especially good for those of you who have a summer cottage, second home or even rentals. Not only does our service keep your home looking good and protected but by using our service you are reducing the cost of future repainting and increasing the life of your exterior.

Because we know that mold and mildew can grow just about anywhere, we have included a maintenance service for those with a brick, block, vinyl sided, stone, and any other type of siding, driveway and decking that would need to be maintained at least every two years. Of course we recommend the annual service but offer a bi-annual service to those who periodically rinse down their siding and do a general maintenance on their own.

We have always cleaned any exterior before we painted but up until now that was it. Now we are offering our services after the paint job is done. With our maintenance service you get:

1. Annual or Bi-annual Light to Medium Power Wash. with or without chemicals.

2. Annual inspection of coatings. A report is filled out giving the current conditions of your paint job and offering suggestions to troubled areas.

3. Touch-up. Our inspection report will identify problem areas and offer a coarse of action. This is where you get your moneys worth, if you see something that we missed or if our inspection report shows that there are areas that require another coat (within reason, see our Terms and Conditions) we will fix it as part of the maintenance.

That's not all!!

Every year your maintenance costs go down. This is because, by using our service your exterior gets easier and easier to maintain, thus reducing the cost of the maintenance.

Not only do we do a great job to begin with but we help reduce the over all cost of maintaining your homes exterior. By supplying you with the most complete service we can. We would rather not be regarded as the painter you used last year and haven't heard from since, but rather be referred to as your regular painters.
