We
serve most of Michigan, mainly Northern Michigan, as a painting
and power washing company. We do residential, commercial and industrial
painting and power washing. Our main goal is to provide the highest
quality service at competitive prices. We are finding that there
is a demand for our services and we are growing to meet that demand.
In the past few years, we have
heard many complaints about other painters and how they execute
a job and even what the job looks like after they are done. We

estimate request, project execution, and maintenance needs.
There have been several occasions where we have responded within
a few hours of an estimate request and still beat our competitors
response time by two weeks. By doing this we help to reassure
our potential customers that their needs CAN be met in a reasonable
amount of time.
Getting a project done on time is one of our main concerns. We
have developed techniques that incorporate production into our
daily routines without compromising the quality of our work. We
are mainly motivated by our passion for the trade. Making sure
all your needs are met and getting the job done on-time, or within
a reasonable amount of time, is very important to our policy of
good customer relations. The fact that most every paint job will,
at some point in time, have to be repaired or repainted, makes
us very concerned about return customers and keeping them satisfied

2. Pricing.
At times our prices may seem high but they represent the true
amount of required work for a complete professional job. Unless
you specify exactly the work you want performed, all our prices
include everything necessary to complete a high quality paint
job. We can help our customers meet their budget by going over
the estimate with them and cutting out any process they can live
without. Most times this voids any guarantee on durability.
One of the major factors influencing our price is the fact that
we only use high quality materials and tools. They allow us to
guarantee a quality finish every time. Most of our materials are
provided by the top brands such as Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin-Moore,
Pratt & Lambert, Valspar, Coranado, Cabots, ect... We also
get most of our materials from professional stores that cater
to contractors because they know what we use and are more likely
to have all the products we need, thus reducing the amount of
time it takes to gather supplies. Being able to make one stop
for all your projects needs reduces the cost by a small percentage
and gets us working on your project sooner.
Another factor in our price is our skill level and ability to
correctly estimate your project the first time, instead of having
to get your approval on a bunch of "surprise extras"
that could have been mentioned on the original proposal.
Over time, making Fantozzi Bros. your regular painting contractor
can reduce your future cost of repainting by making sure that
your investment is well taken care of. Our low cost maintenance
program makes sure that your exterior coatings last as long as
possible (usually around 10 years for siding and up to 4 years
on decks).
New construction is pretty much "cut and dried" as
far as the processes and the pricing. Bidding a repaint is much
more difficult due to the amount of hidden damage, amount of objects
that need to be moved, covered, masked off, or painted around,
the amount of actual surface prep that must be done, and the over
all difficulty level of the project.

3. Safety, cleanliness and
overall skill level.
We are very safety conscious and provide our employees with special
safety training so there are fewer accidents on the job site.
Making a safe environment to work in is not only important to
us but is also important to our customers as they are sometimes
on the job site and need to know that the people they just hired
will protect them as well as themselves. Job sites can be a hazardous
place, so to maintain our high safety standards, we request that
our customers not be in the immediate work area.
Our employees are required to maintain their clean appearance
on the job and also to keep the job site clean. This not only
promotes good relations but is also a part of our safety standards.
Our employees appearance is important to our relations with our
customers in that it helps us to promote trust and respect.
Our painters are constantly being trained and training others
to maintain focus on the work at hand and also they are trained
on various types of application procedures. Our incentive policy
drives our employees to do their very best for you. Our employee
turnover may be a little higher than our competitors due to our
high standards of quality and productivity. Basically we keep
employees that show the most interest in the painting industry
and who strive to improve their skills through hard work and determination.
